is much thinner than the skin of the rest of the face and consequently the signs of aging become more pronounced. Both the relaxation of the upper eyelids and the many fine wrinkles that are created around it are signs that often appear much earlier and need treatment.

Τhe eyelid surgery would be a solution, but it is certainly not always appropriate, either because there is a fear of surgery and anesthesia, or because while the problem is not so intense so as to have surgery.

In all these cases, the improvement in the problem comes from PLASMA Technology. It is a non-surgical procedure used to rejuvenate and immediately tighten the skin around the eye area, improving the appearance of the skin, lifting and “opening” the eye.

Where is the treatment based?

The treatment is done using a micro device and is based on the treatment of the electric arc. The electric arc is formed on the eyelid when the spike of the machine approaches the skin and causes its excess to sublimate. Sublimation takes place in the superficial layers and does not cause any problems in the adjacent tissues. The ease of use of the small needle allows the doctor to intervene in difficult around the eye areas.

How is the treatment done?

Apply local anesthetic cream, one hour before the treatment. The treatment lasts about 30 minutes.

After the treatment, dead cells appear and a very mild swelling which will remain for about three days, without creating any unsightly effect since with the use of make up and sunscreen it is not visible.

In general, the result is visible from the first session and after about 15 days. However in many cases another two to three sessions have to be repeated with an interval of one and a half months.
