Dr. Vasiliki Karampoiki was born in 1973. She graduated with honors from the Ionidios Model School of Piraeus in 1990 and in the same year she was admitted with Panhellenic examinations to the Medical School of the University of Athens.
She chose the specialty of Dermatology – Venereology due mainly to the diagnostic ability given by the knowledge of this specialty to the pathological internal processes of the human body and the reverse positive effect that skin care has on them. She received the specialty of dermatology at the largest and most historic dermatological hospital in the country, A. Syggros.
As part of her special sensitivity in the prevention of skin cancer, from 2009 to 2014 she was an unpaid scientific collaborator in the Cryosurgery Departments and in the Diseases and Melanoma Unit of Syggros Hospital.
She continued and completed her training in Dermatoscopy as part of the Postgraduate program in Graz, Austria and received the title of Course in 2018 with distinction.
The continuous education and information on the developments of clinical and aesthetic dermatology is done through special seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad.
The field of aesthetic dermatology that the doctor places special emphasis on and that she applies in a innovative way is that of the treatments that aim at improving the quality, health and beauty of the skin through peels. She has given excellent speeches on this subject at Panhellenic Conferences.

Vasiliki Karampoiki is married and the mother of three children.
